Liver cleansing benefits
I recommend! The wide range of spirulina's effects makes it an exceptional bioactive supplement. It cleanses the liver, which can cause some nausea, but that’s my only concern. Otherwise, I'm satisfied! My bowel movements are regular, digestion is excellent, and my hair is growing well! Taking this supplement offers numerous benefits to the body. I believe everyone should consume it at least once a year for preventative health!

Potential liver risk
Ambiguous! I won't repurchase... Despite its many benefits, I suggest finding a safer alternative to spirulina. If the algae grows in contaminated waters, it can produce harmful microcystins, which can lead to severe liver damage. Spirulina supplements that contain these toxins have been found in various countries. Furthermore, one independent US laboratory noted that the tablets disintegrated slowly, making absorption difficult.

Digestive support
Spirulina tablets are nearly tasteless with an algae scent. I find it best taken in the evening as it aids digestion, supports liver cleansing, and helps remove heavy metals from the body. It also improves hair and nail health. Spirulina is a rich source of both essential and non-essential amino acids.

Effective for fatty liver
I take it for fatty liver and detoxification. It has a mild taste and no strong flavour, and I haven't experienced any discomfort during consumption.
