This is a powerful aid in managing my irregular eating habits. Living in an environment where it’s challenging to consume fresh vegetables and fish, I began taking this supplement for the nutrients I was lacking. Even if I don’t sleep enough or skip a meal, I no longer feel fatigued as I did previously, and my mouth ulcers have improved significantly.
