I've been taking this for 4-5 weeks now and my acid reflux is practically gone. No more "purple pill!" I usually take it at night before bed. I’m sure if I took it more often, my results would be even better, but the powder isn't practical to take at work. I've heard the powder is more effective for reflux than the pills. Very happy with this product and will be reordering.

Reflux improvement

I just begun using this product with Betaine HCl and it's been very helpful. I have acid reflux, and since I started using both products, I haven’t had any reflux. This product has a sour taste and an odd smell, but I've adjusted. I just take it with water morning and night. Hopefully, it aids in treating my reflux permanently rather than just masking it.
