Good quality and ingredients. I exercise regularly and take ZMA before bed to maintain lean muscle mass. The dosage is 2 tablets per bottle, and it has ample content that lasts a long time. The vitamins are tasteless, but when I wake up, I notice a smoother bowel movement. I'm unsure if this is purely a positive effect of ZMA.
