I find that when I consume ramen or Chinese food, I often suffer from severe stomach pains and gastroenteritis. However, I’ve had better results when I take the supplement after meals with high protein and fat, which has prevented upset stomachs. I carry it with me when dining out, and it enables me to enjoy meals without the prior discomfort I used to experience.

I selected these enzymes cautiously, having previously tried probiotics. Initially uncertain, I opted for this product as I couldn’t find Gastro Comfort. While the enzymes don’t provide instant relief, they work gradually with food, improving digestion without causing abrupt hunger. I was pleased to find that when I took one tablet three times a day, it helped with my Gastroenteritis. However, I noticed problems with constipation after taking one tablet with my dinner. Previously, I struggled with both constipation and diarrhoea when taking three tablets a day. Switching to a different enzyme did not resolve my constipation issues. It seems that this particular enzyme is effective as I have noticed a significant improvement in my condition, allowing me to enjoy daily activities without the disruptions caused by gastrointestinal distress.
