I purchased this for my mother because I thought it could assist her, too, given her gallbladder removal in the 1990s. I was unaware of its long-term effects on her. However, after taking these Super Enzymes, her years of constipation have resolved, and her bowel movements have returned to normal. It’s fantastic to see her quality of life enhanced.

I began using this product as soon as it arrived. My intention was to enhance my stomach qi. It took about two weeks, but I've noticed significant improvements—less stomach gas and better bowel movements. I occasionally experience constipation, but now I have daily visits to the toilet. I've also shed some weight due to my consistent bowel movements. Very pleased with the results.

Good digestive enzymes for bowel movements. This enzyme blend is cost-effective and works well on proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. I take it before meals, and it effectively prevents upset stomachs. When my digestive function weakens, bad bacteria can lead to constipation, but since using digestive enzymes, I have regular bowel movements almost daily.

Relieves colon pain
It assists with fatty meals by reducing bloating and improving digestion, but doesn't always prevent diarrhoea, especially given my irritable bowel syndrome and digestive colitis. However, it significantly alleviated colon pain. I noticed that humidity in Jeddah affected its condition, producing an unpleasant smell, which is why I stopped using it. Refrigeration might be more suitable.

Personally, this product didn’t suit me. I took it for my bowel health, but frankly, it caused diarrhoea and irregular bowel movements. Although the capsules are tasteless, their smell is off-putting. I’ve read they can be beneficial for intestinal health, but consulting a doctor before use is advisable.
