I bought these because my usual Enzymedica enzymes were sold out. The capsules are much larger and they're less effective. They upset my stomach and cause cramping, so I won't buy them again.

I started using these enzymes after my gallbladder removal years ago, which caused chronic diarrhoea. This supplement has made a significant difference; I now digest food properly without experiencing stomach cramps. I take one before meals along with fibre, and that seems to be the ideal solution.

Both my wife and I have experienced digestive issues with these. Having had our gallbladders removed, we hoped the Ox Bile would aid digestion. Unfortunately, we develop bowel cramps soon after taking these with meals.

Unfortunately, this made my stomach worse, leading to increased cramping and worsening diarrhoea. I cannot personally recommend it, and I suspect the Betaine HCL is causing these issues.

This is effective against leg cramps that occur overnight. I believe insomnia and stuffy legs at night are a result of dinner, but skipping it is hard. So, I attempted to digest it with digestive enzymes before bed. This variety has noticeably improved the cramps in my feet so I continue taking this.

Severe leg cramps
I do not recommend it. After multiple uses, it caused me severe cramps every time, with no benefits.
