Must have!!! I take Omega 3-6-9 with coenzyme Q10. My body's overall tone has normalised, and the lethargy and fatigue have faded. I feel 20 years younger. The capsules are a bit large but there’s no fishy aftertaste. My skin has improved, looks healthier. I would recommend adding Lecithin for even better results. I'm genuinely pleased and recommend this to everyone!
