Magnificent dietary supplements! I've suffered from severe headaches since childhood. After taking Super Omega for a year, my headaches have lessened, and I've felt more energetic. I find the quality good, but it caused headaches when I took it, so I'm discontinuing use as the headaches disappeared after stopping.

Severe headaches
Prominent! Initially, I was pleased with the product, but I continually experienced severe headaches that analgesics couldn't alleviate. I suspect the omega-3 may be the culprit. After stopping it and only taking the omega-3, I found its quality to be good. However, the product’s composition doesn’t fully suit me. I intermittently took it for a month, and each time I got a headache that radiated through my body.

Frequent headaches
I researched the combination of three omegas and decided against it! While it may be beneficial for others, I experienced frequent headaches. I'm not certain they were caused by this medication, but I will not continue taking it.
