Improves blood flow

In any case, I noticed an improvement in blood flow throughout all areas of the brain. I've read that 5-HTP increases serotonin levels, helps alleviate anxiety, and can assist with weight loss. It seems beneficial for me in all aspects. Though I have not yet completed a course, I take it before significant events, starting a few days prior. Taking it on an empty stomach in the morning hasn’t shown much effect, but the overall improvement in brain function is evident. You become more resilient to mental stress, and dizziness may reduce. I plan to definitely start a proper course alongside niacin.

Initially, I felt depressed due to stress and PMS despite prescription antidepressants. However, after incorporating 5-HTP, my ability to manage stress improved significantly. A month later, I noticed I was calmer and could handle stress without overeating or feeling out of control. The doctor informed me that my issues with a previous liver test had improved, and I finally felt like I was addressing the underlining serotonin deficiency related to stress. Healthily, I lost weight and regained a more balanced mood without the adverse effects previously experienced.

An excellent product! I purchased 5-HTP for both myself and family. My sister's sleep improved, and her emotional state stabilised. I also tolerate it well; it soothes nerves effectively. Interestingly, my mother's low blood pressure rose after taking it, though we had to halve her dose. I aim for her to continue using the 50mg formulation.

Caused headaches

Unfortunately, I experienced severe headaches and gastrointestinal discomfort lasting around 24 hours with every pill. Additionally, my mood would drop after a day or so. After some research, I discovered it may contribute to blood clotting, which was concerning.

I have poor blood circulation and purchased Garlic & Ginger, Ginger Root, Lecithin, 7-KETO, 5-HTP, and Potassium Citrate capsules, along with Calcium tablets. I believed that Garlic, Ginger Root, and Lecithin improved my circulation. Lecithin, 7-KETO, 5-HTP, and Potassium Citrate, alongside Calcium, may enhance autonomic nerve function. I feel better since taking them. However, the Lecithin tablets are quite large; be cautious while taking them. I experienced damage to my esophagus after a few days.

Headache occurrence
I took the supplement for a week and noticed an increase in headaches and a rise in my blood pressure, despite not having issues with them before. After stopping the drug, everything returned to normal. I believe these symptoms were linked to taking 5-HTP, possibly due to personal intolerance.

I was not satisfied with the results. I didn't notice any significant effect, leading me to conclude that 5-HTP might be harmful as it increases serotonin synthesis but not its concentration within the brain. I also read that high levels of serotonin in the bloodstream correlate to increased platelet counts, which is troubling.

Raised blood pressure

Unfortunately, on the second day, my mother's blood pressure increased after taking these capsules at night. She is 56 years old. I want to caution people approaching retirement age about this. Cheers, and thank you for the thumbs up!

A good remedy for stress and poor sleep. When used cautiously alongside melatonin, it can significantly reduce blood pressure.
