The effect is the opposite. I bought it on the doctor's recommendation to improve sleep, but I won’t take it again! Previously, my sleep was ideally deep, but even the first pill ruined it. Usually, I don't have trouble falling asleep, yet after taking the drug, I couldn’t sleep at all. My sleep was shallow, and at 2 am, I woke up with an active brain while my eyes felt heavy. I also experienced an unpleasant sensation in my heart, which made me feel anxious, but that has long passed. To be honest, it frightened me. I refuse to continue this experimentation; it’s horrific.
