Big help for my sleeping issues
In recent years I developed serious sleeping problems---I am 76 years of age,weigh about 130 pounds---but in general in ok health.Trips to two sleep doctors came up with C machine which I can not use,and various sleeping pills.The pills worked for awhile,but lost the impact with time--I did not use the most powerful ones because of addiction concerns.I started to use this 5-HTP and I can sleep now.However it took me few trials to develop what works for me.I try to go to bed at 11pm--the room is Cold and totally dark----at around 9pm I put on glasses that filter out blue lights---my last meal is around 7.30pm---at approx. 10 pm I take a small Whey powder portion dissolved in water---at 10.30 I take the 5-HTP pill and half of a 25Mg vitamin B6.Sounds terrible I know---but the days of putting my head on a pillow and sleeping are gone---Good luck to you all---the reviews on Amazon were big help to me--but for the the kindness of strangers.Many thanks
