Effective migraine relief
Fortunately, this worked well for me. I had been using another brand of 5-HTP but struggled to find an equivalent after it was discontinued. A local health store recommended the NOW brand. I also take it with Tylenol or ibuprofen for early-stage migraines or headaches, and it often works better than these alone. It also improves mood and cuts down carb cravings by increasing serotonin levels. It’s most effective when not used daily to avoid tolerance.
