Angelica sinensis oil shows effective anti-acne potential
We investigated whether Angelica sinensis essential oil could effectively treat acne by combining laboratory tests with animal studies. Using both in vitro antibacterial assays and a mouse acne model, we found that 5-10% concentrations of the oil demonstrated promising anti-acne activity. We identified the oil's active compounds through chemical analysis and mapped how they might work against acne at the molecular level, validating key targets through cellular experiments. The results suggest that Angelica sinensis essential oil represents a safer, more effective alternative to current topical acne treatments, addressing limitations of conventional therapies like antibiotic resistance.

This product is fantastic! After taking it for 2.5 months, my period is regular and my acne is under control. My skin was a mess after quitting birth control, but after about a month on Dong Quai, I saw improvements. After 2.5 months, my face has cleared up significantly. I’m only taking two capsules daily, less than what the bottle recommends.
