Two months in, I noticed it effectively improved my circulation. This winter, I wasn't concerned about feeling colder than usual. I intend to keep taking it each winter.

It has a peculiar smell, yet after swallowing, I feel warm. I've heard that it can improve the coldness in my feet according to Chinese medicine, and I believe it to be true. Since it's affordable, I think I can continue using it.
