Itching resolved
I appreciate the NOW brand for vitamins. This supplement worked well for the constant hot flashes I've been experiencing day and night; however, I had to reduce my intake due to side effects. As I am sensitive to many things, it could have been related to other food I ate. After staying off it for a few weeks, the itching and rash disappeared. I've started taking it again, though less frequently, as it was the best solution for the hot flashes I have encountered so far.
