Constipation relief
Excellent! I recommend it and will buy it again. It has helped my child immensely, and she actually enjoys the taste. My daughter was experiencing chronic constipation, only going to the bathroom every four days with hard stools, but now she goes daily and the pain has significantly eased. It’s easy for my children to take; my three-year-old easily chews it. I hope this comment is helpful.

Reduced illness severity
Probiotics have been fantastic! My child remained well during flu season while I caught viruses twice. Thankfully, my little one was only slightly snotty. Once he did catch a chronic cough, I increased the dosage with vitamins and zinc, and he recovered rapidly. I’ve even ordered the adult version for myself. This probiotic is outstanding, and I'll be using it throughout winter.

Caused allergic reaction
I did not like this product, as my child developed a tickling sensation in the throat and started coughing. The doctor checked and found everything calm but noted some swelling. I gave an antihistamine and stopped the probiotic, and all symptoms passed, although he did enjoy the taste. No issues arose with other probiotics regarding chronic cough.
