This product works well for both kids and adults. It is a low-cost alternative to expensive items. I have noticed significant improvements: my 5-year-old's constipation is resolved by taking it every other day, and it helps adults during a bad bout of diarrhoea. I recommend taking it around antibiotic doses to protect your insides.

Takes time to improve

My 2-year-old had diarrhoea with a strong odour. Initially, it seemed ineffective for three days, but after doubling the dose on the fourth day, she significantly improved by day five.

Constipation issues

My child didn’t adapt well, leading to constipation and gas. I tried two pills myself, but had no reaction. We found that only Primadophilus works for us, although my child does enjoy taking these pills.
