Effective for kids

I believe strongly in beta glucan, which has saved both my and my son's health. We switched to the extra strength NOW beta glucan 250 mg, which works equally well but is more affordable. My son takes one with apple sauce daily, and since starting it, he has had no doctor's visits for ear infections or pneumonia this year, allowing us both to thrive!

Immunity boost experienced

I truly believe this product has significantly boosted my immunity. Last August, I had a cold and decided to try this after reading reviews. I wanted to wait until the end of the fall/winter season to provide feedback. I typically suffer from multiple sinus infections, but for the first time in over 20 years, I managed to avoid major illnesses. This product has allowed me to recover without needing antibiotics!
