It is excellent for head and chest flare-ups and seems particularly effective against sinus, nasal, upper respiratory, and chest issues. It works roughly two-thirds of the time and can eliminate sore throats in a day or two. The supporting research on Beta Glucans is extensive, and the quality from Now Foods offers great value.

I always keep this on hand to enhance my immunity; I take it when I sense a cold onset or when experiencing a sore throat. I believe it is quite effective. The larger dose yields the best results. It used to be challenging to find, but now it’s accessible to everyone.
