Economical capsules
I have been purchasing these high-dose vitamin C capsules for years. The added bioflavonoids and rutin enhance the antioxidant activity. While taking too much can cause the bowel to flush, as a water-soluble supplement, any excess is simply passed out. I find them easy on the stomach, economical, and the capsule size is manageable for swallowing. I would definitely recommend them to budget-conscious users!
