This product definitely helps me! I have been taking it for some time now, and it certainly aids my lower back. If I do not take it daily, I experience quite a bit of lower back pain. Standing at 5'11", I sit at a desk all day long. Boron definitely helps me get through each day.

My daughter recommended this for arthritis, and I am pleased to report it works. When my first bottle ran out, I stopped taking it to see if there was a difference, and there was.
