Boron for hot flashes and night sweats. I read numerous reviews and discovered that Boron was beneficial for controlling hot flashes and night sweats. I've tried various hot flash supplements with little success, but Boron, at two capsules during the day and two at night, has completely stopped my hot flashes and night sweats. Highly recommended!

I raised my estrogen levels for the first time and experienced hot flashes due to decreased estrogen. It felt like I was boiling with a fever. After taking Bohr twice for two weeks, this issue was completely resolved. Initially, I had fewer feverish episodes, only experiencing a surge of heat. After two weeks, I went from having 20 hot flashes a day to just one or two lasting a second or two. Remarkably, after a month, the hot flashes ceased entirely.
