Since I began taking Boron, it seems to have improved the effectiveness of magnesium. I’ve noticed decreased inflammation and joint pain, and I am sleeping better. I just upped my dose to 900mg after reading that 900-1200mg per day yields optimum results.

I researched the benefits of Boron, including bone health and improved mineral absorption, so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, I experienced sleep disruptions from the very first day. After taking it for about two weeks, my sleep became dreadful, but when I stopped, the disturbances disappeared. It seems Boron isn't beneficial for me for some reason.
