Supports yeast infection treatment
Boron enhances the body's utilisation of calcium, promoting absorption and metabolism of essential minerals, which is beneficial for arthritis recovery and helps combat parasites, candida infections, and yeast infections. My long-term steroid use has impaired my absorption of vitamin D and calcium, adversely affecting my bone health. I expect that boron will strengthen my bones and aid synthesis. For daily supplementation, I include 90mcg of Vitamin K2 mk7, 1mg of Vitamin K2 mk4, 6000IU of Vitamin D3, 300mg of magnesium, and 3mg of boron for a synergistic effect to protect my bone health.
