Severe adverse reactions

Let me be clear, I am not one to vomit. Last month, I took one capsule for chronic joint pain and forgot about it. However, at a dinner party, I had to leave because of stomach pain that escalated to severe nausea and vomiting. This intense experience lasted about two hours. I thought it was the foraged mushrooms at the party, but I was the only one affected. I took another capsule later without making the connection and faced another bout of extreme discomfort. This caused me to lose weight quickly, but I would rather keep the weight than endure such experiences again.

Her naturopath recommended a natural enzyme from pineapple stems, and it has been effective! It significantly reduces her digestion issues and nausea, as long as she avoids white bread and processed foods.

I experienced bloating, cramps, and nausea, with constant urgency to use the bathroom. I tried taking three pills daily on an empty stomach and later tried with food, yet it didn't help. While it worked initially, it ultimately had adverse effects.

Avoided due to side effects

I will not take this again due to major stomach issues and nausea after use. After a year of consuming this supplement from Amazon, I experienced significant digestive issues. I eventually realised Bromelain might be the culprit. After repeated intense nausea that affected my appetite and left me feeling distended, I stopped taking it, and within 24 hours, the nausea ceased. Consult your doctor before trying this, as being ill is unbearable and potentially avoidable.
