SO SO SO SO pleased.

Alright, all I have to say is that these things are great. I had the thing going on with my teeth where they started turning transparent due to drinking highly acidic things like black coffee and tea that strips your enamel of the normal white color. Well after reading multiple websites that stated this issue is IRREVERSIBLE and that I have ruined my teeth and only dental procedures would provide a solution, I finally came across a BLOG or FORUM (don't remember which) where people were talking about the issue and one woman stated that she started taking a calcium/magnesium supplement that also had vitamins D3 and K (which help the body absorb the cal/mag) and her teeth started going back to normal. I bought these, I took them for ONLY TWO WEEKS (and I'm not kidding, literally 14 days) and the white in my teeth started filling back in and now they look almost completely back to normal, they way they used to. So these things are awesome and obviously they work. I wish I could have taken before and after pictures for you, but I didn't. The ONLY bad side is that the daily dose is 6 capsules...not cool...but I've only been taking 4 a day for 14 days and I've gotten the results I just mentioned. Woohoo! Savior supplements

Cal-Mag DK

Just bought it for my soon to be 101 year old Mom. She's active and although she eats healthy she needs additional vitamins and supplements. She hates having to swallow lots of pills, this combination is perfect for her. (Let me point out that the D3 helps the body absorbs Calcium and the DK carries the Calcium from your tissues to your bones where it does most good in combatting osteoporosis in older women)

Simply The Best

I've tried many calcium products in the past, only to have them not be right for me. I needed something that was Gluten Free, good amount of calcium, and also contained a large amount of vitamin D, this fit the bill. Although these pills are very large, they are quite easy to swallow. I have been taking these for about 6 months now and am very pleased with them. I took the bottle to my doctor visit and my doctor said these were perfect for me. Finally, my search has ended, thanks Amazon and NOW

Best calcium you can buy.

Now's Cal-Mag DK is fantastic. It is a combination of calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D and Vitamin K which ensures optimum absorption. Great price too

Large capsules otherwise I'd give it a 5. Calcium and Magnesium with the added bonus of D and K. This form of Vitamin K is not whats readily available in leafy greens and it helps to absorb the vitamin D

NOW Supplements Never Disappoint!

I just started taking these, so I cannot yet say how they impact me personally, but I can say that this is great value for what you get (I was trying to find a supplement that contained magnesium, k-2, d3 and calcium) for overall bone health, and to minimize the number of pills to take, and ultimately to save money, and I'm thrilled to have found this! The pills are large, and you take 2 per day, but they are super easy to swallow, so I'm very happy

Excellent product.

No complaints. This is exactly what it's supposed to be and does what it's supposed to do. If anyone has issues with these capsules, maybe they're not consuming enough sodium or water or food with it. I have two ways that I consume these: 1) I open the capsule and pour half of it into some warm water, always with lots of high quality, natural salt. 2) Sometimes I just swallow one or two capsules whole while I'm having a meal. I always take it in conjunction with Life Enhancement Potassium Basics, which I consume in the exact same manner. If the weather is hot, I'll take twice as much of the Cal-Mag as usual because it decreases circulation and therefore helps to cool me down. I also like to add half of one of those 5-hour energy shots to keep me awake at work and I have not noticed any bad reaction by doing that. I wouldn't take it before bed, because the Vitamin D may keep you up for a while, as it's somewhat of a stimulant. Instead, I take ZMA before bed, which helps me sleep as well. I recommend keeping it in the fridge because the colder it is, the less bacterial growth you will have in the bottle. Extra bottles can be stored in the freezer
