I recommend this product! The drug is excellent, containing a substantial dosage of magnesium and calcium. It effectively helped me manage attacks of arrhythmia, which indicates good absorption. Severe side effects

Gave me diarrhoea and arrhythmia after just one tablet. Within two hours, I experienced significant intestinal gas and discomfort. Four hours later, I had diarrhoea, and the following morning, I suffered from irregular heartbeat every time I took a deep breath, lasting for about an hour. I never anticipated such dreadful side effects from this tablet. I will not try any magnesium tablets again. If you have irritable bowel syndrome, exercise caution with magnesium. P.S. It did not improve my sleep.
