Strong bones support
I recently purchased Now Foods Calcium Magnesium and I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and effectiveness. As someone who values their bone health, this supplement has exceeded my expectations. The combination of calcium and magnesium in this formula provides excellent support for strong bones. Normalised levels achieved
We purchased this calcium and magnesium to address our low levels, and it may well be the only one we ever need. This supplement restored our levels back to normal, with my wife’s nearly doubling. We always check that our pill bottles are securely sealed, and this one was very well sealed. The tablets are on the larger side but have a fresh powder scent. We started with half of a tablet each, and since it caused no discomfort, we now take one full tablet daily. These have helped us with multiple issues beyond just our levels, including better blood pressure and improved sleep for my wife. Overall, we recommend them for raising low levels while supporting other health benefits.

I take it to prevent menstrual pain. I've been suffering from endometriosis for years, and I'm impressed with how effective this supplement and gluten-free diet are together. I'm apprehensive that one tablet is sizeable and sometimes it feels as though it gets stuck in my throat, so I only take 1 tablet. After that, I attempt to replenish magnesium with bittern.
