I really love Vitamin D from NOW! I recommend it for those who haven't tried this brand. I've noticed visible effects like minimal hair loss, improved bowel movements, and feeling more energetic. My muscle and bone pain has lessened, and my skin has improved significantly; my acne scars are almost gone! I've tried other brands, but they didn't work as effectively as NOW products. Most importantly, my Vitamin D level increased from 16 to 34.4 in just 2 and a half weeks of taking this!
