This product has effectively helped me raise my Vitamin D levels. I noticed a change just four days after starting; my allergies, cold, cough, and immunity all improved significantly. I believe my Vitamin D levels have risen from 24 to much higher—though I haven’t checked recently, I’m certain it will be in the 50 range.
