I take it for blood sugar control and to improve my intestinal environment. It seems effective for me. When my blood sugar rises above the norm, eczema appears on my neck. However, upon taking inulin 15 minutes before meals, the eczema disappeared. I was careful not to eat high-carbohydrate foods.
