Gut is happy
This product has significantly improved my intestinal health and constipation issues. I am more regular and much less bloated. It has no taste; I add it to cereal, oatmeal, and smoothies. Excellent for adding fibre without causing cramping. My gut is happy!

Some stomach cramps
I recently started taking this supplement to address my lack of dietary fibre; I simply add a teaspoon to each protein shake post-workout. Initially, I experienced some stomach cramps, but they subsided over time. In my opinion, this is a good-quality product.
