Recommend for everyone! I use inulin as part of the Nemechek protocol for my son. He enjoys the sweetened water. The therapy has yielded excellent results: his stool improved, and he no longer complains of tummy pain; the rash and crusts on his body have disappeared. I take inulin with water every morning in a minimal dose and noticed I am less drawn to sweets, which has always been a struggle for me in managing my weight.

Works great! I initially bought inulin for my 3-year-old son, prescribed to normalise his gastrointestinal activity due to intermittent constipation. I appreciated its natural composition with no taste or smell, easily mixed into food. After two weeks of regular intake, he goes to the toilet every day without issues. I decided to try it too and noticed lightness, weight loss, and that rashes and irritations had disappeared from my skin; it is now clear and even!

The baby's skin has cleared significantly! A year and a half ago, the Nemechek Protocol began, and by day five of taking inulin, I noticed my son's skin on his forearms and thighs became smooth and clear of small pimples. Previously, I had seen a rash associated with follicular keratosis due to diabetes, which concerned me. It appears that inulin works to normalise the intestines, and the rash has vanished. After a break of one and a half months, the pimples returned, but now with half a teaspoon, the rash is gone!

Rash intensity reduced
Fine! An allergist prescribed inulin for my acute atopic dermatitis. This product excelled at reducing the intensity of my rash and has a pleasant taste; it can also act as a sweetener. It is a prebiotic that supports intestinal microbiome health and is recommended for use alongside probiotics.
A rash is a noticeable change in the texture or color of the skin that can manifest in various ways, including redness, swelling, itching, or blistering. Rashes can result from a wide range of causes, such as allergies, irritants, infections, or skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis. While some rashes may be mild and resolve on their own, others might require medical attention, particularly if they are persistent, widespread, or accompanied by other symptoms like fever or pain.
Identifying the underlying cause of a rash is crucial for effective treatment. Over-the-counter antihistamines or hydrocortisone creams can alleviate mild allergic reactions or irritations. However, for more severe cases or rashes that worsen, consulting a healthcare professional is recommended to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment options. Overall, being proactive and understanding the potential triggers of rashes can help in managing and preventing them in the future.
Prebiotic fiber inulin is a naturally occurring carbohydrate found in a variety of plants, particularly in roots and tubers such as chicory, garlic, leeks, and onions. As a soluble fiber, it is not digested in the small intestine but rather fermented by beneficial gut bacteria in the large intestine. This fermentation process helps promote the growth of beneficial bacteria, which can support gut health, improve digestion, and enhance the absorption of certain nutrients. Increasing dietary intake of prebiotic fibers like inulin can contribute to a healthier microbiome.
In addition to its benefits for gut health, inulin can also help to enhance feelings of fullness and reduce appetite, making it a popular ingredient in weight management products. It is often added to food and beverage items as a texturizer or sweetener because it offers a mildly sweet flavor without contributing significant calories. Given its numerous health benefits, inulin is frequently emphasized in discussions about dietary fiber and overall nutrition, making it a valuable component of a balanced diet.
Based on user reviews, it appears that results from taking inulin for rashes can vary, but many users report seeing noticeable improvements within a relatively short time frame. For instance, one reviewer mentioned that their son experienced improved skin condition and the disappearance of rashes within just five days of starting inulin (Read Review). Similarly, another user who took inulin noticed that rashes and irritations had cleared up after about two weeks of regular intake (Read Review).
However, it's also important to note that individual experiences may vary. Some users, like the one suffering from atopic dermatitis, indicated that while inulin helped reduce rash intensity, longer-term effectiveness depended on continued use (Read Review). Another user reported that after an initial positive effect, the results diminished after a month of use, highlighting that ongoing monitoring and possibly adjusting the dosage or regimen might be necessary for sustained results (Read Review). Overall, for visible results, many users suggest a timeframe of about one to two weeks, but continued use may be essential for maintaining those benefits.
Users have reported a range of positive improvements in their symptoms after incorporating inulin into their routines. For instance, many parents have noted significant benefits for their children's skin conditions and digestive health. One parent observed that their son’s rash and skin issues cleared up remarkably within just five days of starting inulin, leading to smooth skin and the disappearance of previous blemishes and irritation (Read Review). Another user shared that their teenager's acne-related rashes and red spots significantly diminished with consistent use, resulting in a much healthier complexion (Read Review).
In addition to skin benefits, users also report improvements in gastrointestinal issues and overall well-being. One reviewer mentioned that after two weeks of taking inulin, their son experienced regular bowel movements without discomfort, while they themselves noticed clearer skin and reduced cravings for sweets (Read Review). Another user indicated that their eczema rash subsided after a week of use, although they noted that the effects were not permanent after a month of taking inulin (Read Review). While these anecdotal experiences highlight the potential benefits of inulin, it's crucial to remember that individual results may vary.
Users have reported various positive outcomes from combining inulin with other supplements or therapies in managing rashes. A significant number of individuals noted that inulin was effective when used alongside other treatment protocols, such as the Nemechek Protocol for children with skin issues. One parent shared that after starting inulin as part of this approach, their son's skin cleared up remarkably, with no further rash or discomfort after just five days (Read Review). This highlights the potential for inulin or similar supplements to complement structured dietary protocols effectively.
In addition to being effective on its own, users also mention incorporating inulin with probiotics for enhanced results, particularly for inflammatory skin conditions like atopic dermatitis. One user indicated that while taking inulin prescribed for their dermatitis, they experienced a notable reduction in rash intensity and found it beneficial to combine it with probiotics to support gut health (Read Review). Furthermore, another reviewer mentioned the use of inulin alongside dietary adjustments to manage candida, highlighting its effectiveness in controlling related rashes when used with specific dietary protocols (Read Review). This suggests that combining inulin with other supplements may provide a holistic strategy for managing skin conditions.
Based on user reviews, the appropriate dose for using Prebiotic Fiber Inulin to treat rashes seems to vary, but most users reported effective results with minimal amounts. One user mentioned utilizing half a teaspoon and noticed a significant reduction in a rash associated with follicular keratosis Read Review. Another individual shared their experience of mixing a teaspoon in warm water, which helped alleviate their eczema-related rash within a week Read Review.
Several users also praised Inulin for its overall skin benefits, with one stating her son’s rashes and red spots decreased after consistent use, suggesting that regular intake was key Read Review. Overall, while the specific dosage may vary, many users concurred that a range between half a teaspoon to a teaspoon taken daily seems beneficial for managing skin conditions like rashes.

Perfectly! I suffer from irregular bowel movements, and after seven days of taking inulin, my stool improved to daily. It began to work four days after starting. I mix a teaspoon of the powder in warm water and drink it at night, leading to bowel movements during the next day. I'm very pleased to have tried it because my digestive system improved. I also suffer from eczema, and the ongoing constipation aggravated the condition. After a week of taking it, the rash from my hands disappeared, along with the itching. However, after a month, the effect vanished, and I noticed no further changes despite finishing the entire jar.

Rash control effect

Inulin helps to manage my candida. George Jackson wrote a useful protocol for it. When my candida gets unbalanced, I easily get a rash, and this product effectively controls it. I also noticed reduced brain fog whilst using it. Although it does not dissolve easily in water, I mix it in a shaker glass with other products like green powder.
