Confirms weight loss

I was introduced to this product by a trusted doctor during a BBC programme in the U.K. I began taking it while there and noticed positive results quite quickly. After two years, I can confirm it assists in weight loss without adverse effects. While I cannot fully ensure there are no long-term consequences, everything seems well after two years. I continue to take one teaspoon daily, and occasionally admire my reflection in the mirror—just joking!

Stimulates fat breakdown

Acquired for a complete diet. Since I’m on a weight loss diet, I struggle with fibre intake, especially in winter when fruits and vegetables are pricey. Inulin, a prebiotic and non-digestible fibre, enhances gut health and boosts beneficial intestinal microflora. It improves fat metabolism, slows carbohydrate absorption, helps manage blood sugar levels, and reduces appetite, aiding in abdominal fat loss. It dissolves in hot water, albeit slower in cold water. With a sweet taste reminiscent of “Soviet” cockerels on a stick, it leaves a feeling of satiety as it forms a gel-like substance in the stomach. It’s advisable to take it before meals or to stave off cravings. Overall, I find it a valuable addition to my health routine!

Effective for weight loss

Has helped me with weight loss. I gained about 10 pounds during quarantine and researched natural ways to boost my metabolism. I found that inulin can aid weight loss in obese individuals. Although I am not obese, with a BMI of 24, I've lost 4 pounds in a couple of weeks since starting this. I mix a heaping tablespoon with water every morning and will try it in the evening as well. It tastes pleasantly sweet, like mild powdered sugar. It does cause gas, but the odour isn't bothersome for me. I'm drinking more water and feel fuller throughout the day. Thankfully, my digestion remains normal. I'm a female in my early 30s and exercise every 2 to 3 days. I will certainly continue to buy this!

Effective appetite control
Upon using inulin for a few weeks, I've noticed positive results, particularly with weight loss. As a prebiotic fibre, it supports digestion and keeps me feeling satisfied, effortlessly guiding me towards healthier eating habits and lowering my calorie intake.

Reduces appetite
Everything written below is true! I verified it myself! Cholesterol dropped from 7.7 to 6.5. I have hyporeiasis. Inulin is a natural polysaccharide resembling fibre, exhibiting prebiotic properties. It normalises gastrointestinal function, promotes beneficial microorganisms, and reduces constipation risks. Importantly, it helps control appetite and supports weight loss. It also lowers cholesterol levels and boosts immune defence by regulating the gastrointestinal tract. Remember, inulin differs from insulin. Diabetic patients should consult a doctor before using it, as it may impact blood sugar.

I'm thrilled with this product! Its sweetish taste makes it enjoyable. I bought it with probiotics, as inulin nourishes them. It's excellent for post-illness recovery. I've found it beneficial for constipation, supporting intestinal health, boosting immunity, and aiding metabolism, including weight loss. I’ve noticed fewer cravings for sweets and appreciate the reliable price-quality ratio. I highly recommend it.

Waist reduction observed

If you want to lose weight, it's worth trying. We frequently visit the clinic for diabetes management. While my medication is improving my blood results, I turned to inulin as I couldn't shed pounds. Although specific weight loss results are not evident yet, my waist has shrunk by 2 cm recently, possibly due to a synergistic effect with my medication. I prefer the powdered form, which has a pleasant taste akin to cotton candy. Mixing it with yogurt is enjoyable, and its compatibility with lactic acid bacteria is a plus. I highly recommend this for those on a diet.

Incorporating inulin has substantially improved my well-being. Its prebiotic properties nurture beneficial gut bacteria, leading to reduced bloating and better digestive comfort. This supplement supports weight management by curbing appetite and aiding in healthier food choices. I've also enjoyed gradual weight loss, while it helps maintain stable blood sugar levels. Inulin's benefits extend to heart health by lowering bad cholesterol.

Controls appetite

A study with 40 women found that consuming 16 grams of inulin daily for 7 days curbed appetite and reduced food intake at lunch. This occurs through suppression of the hunger hormone and due to its dietary fibre content, assisting with weight loss.
