After my spinal surgery, my leg was numb and caused me sleepless nights due to intense pain and discomfort. I began taking this medication after reading positive reviews. Initially, I felt that the sensations in my leg worsened. However, I persevered. By the end of the third can, I noticed a significant improvement in sensitivity in my leg, and the night pain has lessened considerably. I now take the medication in courses regularly.

No pain during training

The result is excellent! I consumed half a jar of Choline & Inositol (Now Foods) at two capsules per day, alongside Silymarian 300 mg (Now Foods) - three per day. I’m already very pleased with the results. I no longer feel any gall bladder pain, which I used to experience when pressing on the right hypochondrium or during intense cardio, like Zumba, where I felt severe side pain that eventually passed. Now, during training, nothing hurts! I did not change my diet or undergo other procedures.
