Suits me! I find my head spins when I drink, but since I started this supplement, I can speak and think clearly again. After running out, I felt dizzy and had more headaches. The size is medium for my standards. I take it once a day before brain-intensive tasks. I chose this for the inositol inclusion, as too much choline can cause headaches. Those sensitive to high B12 should be careful, as headaches can persist for a week.
