Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. After finishing the jar of choline and inositol, I noticed no changes at all. In fact, my cholesterol levels increased, showing no effect on my body.

Cholinergic antagonists block cholinergic receptors, impacting organ functions. I used this drug on Dr. Derek's advice to lower cholesterol and found it effective in conjunction with selimarin. I recommend taking one tablet daily.

Inositol has many benefits, and choline does too, but separately. This brand has high-quality ingredients, and while the effects are good, I believe they work better apart.

No improvement seen
After taking Choline & Inositol for over two years for my fatty liver, I saw no improvement at this dosage. I was advised to take over 5 grams for effectiveness, but I'm reluctant to experiment with such high dosages. I even noticed a fishy smell when using the bathroom, making the experience feel like a waste of money.
