Excellent! I received it yesterday and immediately took one capsule. The results were surprising; after months of battling leg cramps due to plantar fascia inflammation, the pain has significantly diminished! I can now walk comfortably. I bought curcumin to improve my metabolism and regulate insulin resistance. I hope for further health improvements. It truly is a magical remedy for pain relief!

Taking one capsule daily after a meal has significantly improved my leg cramps and pain. I like that it is in a Meriva form that passes through the blood-brain barrier and has excellent absorption.
