Turmeric aids nausea relief
Zingiberaceae plants/curcumin consumption and multiple health outcomes: An umbrella review of systematic reviews and meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials in humans.
Supports potential health benefits
We delved into the myriad ways that turmeric, particularly in the form of ginger supplements, can help mitigate nausea. Our exploration involved synthesizing the findings from 161 different meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials, which ultimately revealed that turmeric is associated with various health benefits.

Specifically, ginger has shown effectiveness in reducing nausea, especially in pregnant women and those undergoing chemotherapy or surgery. Each of these situations often comes with its own set of challenges, prompting individuals to seek effective relief. The ability of turmeric to alleviate these symptoms highlights its potential as a natural remedy.

While the evidence suggests a favorable impact of turmeric on nausea, we also noted that the study’s context—such as the combination of turmeric with other treatments—might complicate how we view its effectiveness. It’s important to consider that while the data is promising, high-quality research is still needed to further confirm these beneficial associations and dissect turmeric’s impact when used in isolation.

Turmeric alleviates chemotherapy nausea
Turmeric supplementation improves the quality of life and hematological parameters in breast cancer patients on paclitaxel chemotherapy: A case series.
Effective for nausea management
We aimed to understand how turmeric supplementation can alleviate nausea in breast cancer patients receiving Paclitaxel chemotherapy. In a study with 60 participants, we evaluated the quality of life and various hematological parameters while focusing on symptoms like nausea, pain, and appetite loss.

After 21 days of turmeric treatment, we observed noteworthy improvements in symptoms, particularly nausea. The results indicated that those taking turmeric reported enhanced wellness and related quality of life improvements. This suggests that turmeric can be a beneficial addition to standard chemotherapy treatment, potentially mitigating some of the discomfort patients often experience.

Importantly, while we noted these positive effects, the isolated impact of turmeric is not entirely clear due to its concurrent use with chemotherapy. However, the findings provide encouraging insights into how natural supplements may contribute to better overall health for cancer patients.

Caused nausea
This product seems to remain undigested and notably affects my intestines. After causing issues like diarrhea, gas, and nausea, I find large pieces of it still intact. I would recommend avoiding this product.
