I take this alongside Colloidal Silver, effectively covering both anti-bacterial and anti-viral needs. Excellent product! These are nothing short of miraculous. After being sick with a cold/flu for at least a week, when I started taking these (four every four hours), I felt better almost immediately. They should be taken on an empty stomach. I take these whenever I feel my immune system may be compromised. I recently had knee surgery, and I’m convinced this product is aiding my recovery. NOW is a trusted brand; I’ve never had potency issues like with some less expensive brands.

Fantastic product! I have been using this brand for years to boost my immune system, and I rarely catch a cold or get sick. I generally take one a day, but if I sense a cold coming on, I increase to two or even three a day for a short period until symptoms diminish. The price on Amazon is more affordable than anywhere else. With Prime, it arrives in two days when it's time to reorder. I highly recommend the Now brand – other brands tend to be overpriced and less potent. Now Beta G has proven effective over the years.
