Works well! I was sceptical about whether such supplements could boost my immune system, but this one seems effective! I am around children frequently and used to fall ill every few months. However, since taking this, I now only have very mild symptoms (just sniffles and slight throat aches) for 1-2 days, and that's it! No more common colds.
