I'm sorry for the bad review, but I had a bad reaction from taking it.... I had a hysterectomy last year, which caused me to go into menopause. I have severe Hot flashes & heart palpitations that were being controlled with “Estroven”, but once I began taking this Elderberry supplement, the heart palpitations came back.... Once I stopped taking the Elderberry, they went away again. I'm not sure if the Elderberry itself effected my heart, or whether it lessened the effects of the Estroven. Either way, I'd like to warn other ladies of this potential effect. I have a few friends that swear by Elderberry though, so talk to you doctor before determining if it's right for you
