This was my first time taking Ginkgo. I wanted benefits for focus and PMS relief but instead experienced intense bloating, gas, heart palpitations, and diarrhoea. I realised too late that this was actually double strength. Reducing to half a capsule improved things slightly, but I still had stomach upset and palpitations. It seems not suitable for my body.

The brand is inexpensive, yet ineffective. I’m unsure why I purchased this medication, as there has been no benefit, and my diarrhea has worsened.

Diarrhea initially present
It appears to be effective. After three weeks, I’ve observed a decrease in numbness in my left limbs. However, I did experience mild diarrhea during the first week, which resolved later.
