Unfortunately, this supplement wasn’t for me. I stopped taking it after a week because it negatively affected my sleep.

My pharmacist friend suggested I take this due to stress, as I started forgetting “what I came for.” The symptom improved even before I began the intake, but I decided to continue regardless. Ultimately, I found my sleep quality worsened at night.
