Good product! It improved my skin and alleviated painful joints within days. However, I developed an itchy skin rash. It might have been a detox reaction, but it was too painful to continue. I stopped using it, possibly due to the soy content, though I've had no issues with soy before. If you don't experience a rash, I believe this product works well and delivers its promised benefits. I might try another brand in the future as I really appreciate what this supplement offers.
