I'm glad I chose this brand after discovering I'm heterozygous for the MTHFR c677t mutation, hoping to alleviate symptoms. I was not disappointed; my brain fog improved significantly. After three weeks of daily use, I've noticed overall health benefits too. The only side effects have been greenish stool and a lighter bank account, but I can manage both. I still have autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, but the reduction in brain fog has been life-changing. I was initially hesitant about the plastic bottle but now plan to continue buying this product. It also comes in capsules that can be opened for lower dosages, which I find convenient.

I've noticed my son is calmer and more focused since starting this supplement. I administer 5 mg twice daily, and it's essential to include 1000 mcg (1 mg) of B12 alongside it, as taking it without B12 can be risky. While folinic acid was studied in research, I opted for this formula, and it appears to be effective.
