We take omega regularly as a family; this variant has a higher DHA content, which is more beneficial for the brain without causing excitement. Since starting, my child's warts on his feet have disappeared. There’s no fish oil aftertaste, and although the capsules are large, my 7 and 8-year-old children manage fine. I also feel more alert and energetic, with thicker hair and stronger nails. I'd certainly recommend it!

Pain relief
