This fish oil is excellent! It effectively helps with joint pain and inflammation, working quickly. I take 2 to 4 softgels daily, based on my pain level.

Less inflammation
The NOW DHA-500 is double strength DHA, which I switched to on my doctor's advice. I take two a day, and I notice a stronger effect on my arthritis pain. There are no unpleasant burps, and I suspect my reduced pain indicates less inflammation.
