Since taking this supplement, my frozen shoulder aches have gone. I started on 1st January 2021, and after a couple of weeks, I discovered I could sleep through the night without pain. The product has no aftertaste and offers a high level of omega-3 at an economical price. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a good omega supplement.

I took DHA-500 during my pregnancy, and it went smoothly. I was worried due to my age (40) and previous frozen shoulder issues, but I had a healthy baby. I recommend DHA-500 for adults and the elderly. Though this formulation is an ethyl ester, it remains a respectable product with no aftertaste.

I was not impressed with this product. When I froze the capsule to test it, it remained frozen, which is concerning for omega-3 effectiveness. I didn’t experience any benefits for my frozen shoulder.
